Clearing for OTC Dry Forward Freight Agreement (FFA) Contracts: C3, C4, C5, C7, P2A and P3A

With effect from 8.00 pm on 31 October 2008, the following OTC Dry FFA contracts will not be available for registration and clearing via the AsiaClear Trade Registration System:

1. Capesize Route C3 Forward Freight Agreement (Tubarao – Beilun and Baoshan. 150,000 mt)
2. Capesize Route C4 Forward Freight Agreement (Richards Bay – Rotterdam)
3. Capesize Route C5 Forward Freight Agreement (W Australia – Beilun/Baoshan)
4. Capesize Route C7 Forward Freight Agreement (Bolivar – Rotterdam)
5. Panamax Route P2A Forward Freight Agreement (Skaw/Gibraltar – Far East)
6. Panamax Route P3A Forward Freight Agreement (Trans Pacific round Australia or Pacific)

The following suite of 9 OTC FFA products continues to be available for clearing on SGX-DC:

Dry FFAs

1. Capesize Time Charter Basket
2. Panamax Time Charter Basket
3. Supramax Time Charter Basket
4. Half-day Capesize Time Charter Basket
5. Half-day Panamax Time Charter Basket
6. Half-day Supramax Time Charter Basket

Wet FFAs

1. TD3 Forward Freight Agreement (Ras Tanura - Chiba)
2. TC4 Forward Freight Agreement (Singapore - Chiba)
3. TC5 Forward Freight Agreemnt (Ras Tanura - Yokohama)
